¹Required upon application approval to hold the apartment until your move-in date. Non-refundable if your application is canceled more than 48 hours after notice of application approval. Converted to a refundable security deposit under your lease.

³Non-refundable fee due at move-in for costs associated with preparation of lease documentation, issuance of access devices, and other administrative costs.
