All units come equipped with a full size washer/dryer set in every home.

What is your pet policy?

Our community has no breed/weight restrictions and residents can have up to two pets per apartment. There is a one time fee of $310 for one pet and $620 for two pets, with monthly pet rent of $20 per pet.

Does the property offer on-site recycling?

Yes, we do have a centralized area to dispose of items that can be recycled.

Does MAA have a SmartHome system for residents?

Yes, all of our apartment homes are currently equipped with Smart Home technology for door locks, thermostats, and light switches. There is a mobile app that can be used to manage these features and you can even connect the system to your favorite voice controlled device.

We do not offer this directly on site but you can reach out to our corporate housing partner, CWS, and they can assist you with this or we can provide contact information for local rental furniture companies that can assist you.

Our community offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes with attached storage. The option of detached garages and storage are available.

How do residents find out news and updates about their MAA community?

Residents can expect to find out news and updates about what is going on through the community using MyMAA portal, or they could receive emails and e-blasts from our on site teams.

May I pay my rent online?

Yes, our residents pay rent on line each month with one time payments or automatic draft using their checking account, debit card or credit card. *debit and credit card payments do incur a fee
